You will be consequently responsible for to the following functions :
• Developing Strategic Business Plan so as to ensure the achievement of Sales Targets in
each sales center under his / her responsibility;
• Developing plans and strategies in order to achieve sales volume targets for the next
coming periods;
• In cooperation with Sales Center Manager, controlling and managing operational budgets,
and accordingly upholding continuous improvements in terms of efficiency and
effectiveness;
• In cooperation with Sales Center Manager, responsible for the management, development,
and coaching of Human Resources in the Sales Center under his/her responsibility, so as
to ensure the achievement of high productivity, disciplinary and integrity;
• Supporting the Sales Center Manager in handling any concerns related with customer, sales
forces, and accordingly the performance of Sales Center as an overall;
• Exercising regular market visits in order to evaluate market share, and at the same time,
analyzing competitor activities;
• Preparing regular reports on the performance and market condition under his/her
responsibility, supported with sufficient analytical data as well as required counter
measures;
